Sometimes being healthy seems like an uphill battle.
“Whatever shall I eat?” you declare, when you learn you have a tree nut allergy.
“What is that vegan diet? Will it really make me skinny?” you wonder, perusing the cookbook section of the bookstore.
“OMG, I can’t live without eating bread,” you wail upon learning all your digestive upset is caused by gluten.
“I need to lose weight, but I have no time to cook my own pre-portioned meals!” you say, knowing what you need to do but not sure how to do it.
